We are a small family run sugarhouse located in the foot hills of the Berkshires in western Massachusetts. We take pride in producing the finest, highest quality maple products on the market. We make maple products the old fashioned way using buckets to collect the sap and we then use a wood fired evaporator to boil the sap into syrup just as our ancestors did. We do not use any form of reverse osmosis or oil to produce our syrup. Our syrup is packaged in 100% reusable and recyclable jars, we do not use any plastic.
