Grown in our very own greenhouse which we housed our laying hens and rabbits over the winter months creating some beautiful soil with their nature manure.
In the spring the laying hens were used for controlling pests and weeds - no pesticides or artificial fertilizers or chemicals ever used.
We like to think we are beyond organic!
