Speckle Park Beef

In late October we will have beef available. We sell it by the half (approx 300 lbs) and quarter (approx 150 lbs) cow, cut and wrapped by a professional butcher, for $6 per pound. You will receive a mix of cuts including medium ground beef, roasts and steaks. We have a small herd that is mostly grass fed. Speckle Park is a beef breed that is Canadian in origin. They yield delicious AAA well marbled beef.
