Enjoy a special meal with your Valentine - farm raised pheasant!
Pheasant brings a gourmet flavour and flair to your menu. Similar in taste and texture to turkey or chicken, pheasant has a combination of white and dark meat with higher protein, lower fat and lower cholesterol than most other meats. This artisan meat can be used to make sensational entrees, salad, appetizers, stir-fry, and more.
One bird (1.6 - 3 lb) will feed 2-4 people.
Orders can be picked up:
- Feb. 9 (Wednesday) 5:30 - 6:00 pm - Edmonton; parking lot at 149 St and Hwy 16
- Feb. 10 (Thursday) 9:00 - 9:30 am - Vermilion; Co-op gas bar
- Feb. 13 (Sunday) 2:00 - 2:30 pm - Edmonton; parking lot at 149 St and Hwy 16
- Barrhead - on request
