Similar in taste and texture to turkey or chicken, pheasant has a combination of white and dark meat with higher protein, lower fat and lower cholesterol than most other meats. This artisan meat can be used to make sensational entrees, salad, appetizers, stir-fry, and more.
One bird (1.6 - 3 lb) will feed 2-4 people.
