This isn't your typical grocery store lamb from Australia or New Zealand with that heavy 'lamby' taste. Our lamb is very mild tasting and has a delicate flavour to the meat that you're sure to enjoy! Raised here on our farm in the Lanark Highlands, our sheep are grass fed. They don't receive any growth hormones or antibiotics. During the summer months they graze in our back pastures as we rotate them across the land. This helps ensure they are eating fresh, highly nutritious forage and plays an integral role in helping us regenerate the land and soil. During the winter months they eat plenty of high quality hay and drink plenty of fresh water.
We have freezer orders of lamb currently available. All of our lamb is processed in a Provincially licensed facility. It is vacuum sealed and flash frozen, to optimize freshness. Please contact us if you'd have any questions or would like to place an order. We accept cash or e-transfer. You are welcome to come pick up at the farm or we can arrange for delivery. Delivery is free within the Lanark, Almonte, Pakenham, and Carleton Place area. Delivery into Ottawa (up to Nepean) is $15 extra.
